Key Responsibilities:
-Own and oversee end-to-end operations—vendor coordination, client communication, and order processing
-Plan, prioritise, and allocate tasks effectively to ensure seamless daily operations
-Streamline processing systems for speed, accuracy, and scalability
-Optimize workflows and drive accountability across teams
-Build and nurture long-term vendor and client relationships
-Ensure compliance, quality control, and timely completion of tasks
-Provide regular operational reports and insights to senior management for strategic decision-making
-Lead with insight, clarity, urgency, and data-backed decisions
What We’re Looking For:
-A natural leader with 3+ years of experience in property preservation and maintenance
-Bachelors degree in any discipline
-Proven expertise in work order processing and workflow management
-Deep understanding of field operations and vendor coordination
-Strong command of written and spoken English is essential. Candidates must be able to communicate clearly and professionally with international clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Job Title: Senior Executive – Vendor Management (Night Shift)

Salary: BDT 40,000–50,000 (Based on experience)
BongTech Limited is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive to join our Vendor Management team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the efficiency and quality of our vendor operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Vendor Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors specializing in property preservation and maintenance. Ensure vendors meet company standards and compliance requirements.
Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing vendors. Address and resolve any vendor-related issues promptly.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for vendor performance. Conduct regular assessments to ensure service quality.
Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance current vendor management processes. Implement best practices to optimize vendor operations.
Client Interaction: Handle client complaints related to vendor services. Ensure client satisfaction through effective vendor coordination.
Training & Development: Supervise and facilitate training sessions for junior staff. Promote continuous learning and development within the team.
Reporting to Higher Management: Provide regular updates on vendor performance, challenges, and process improvements to higher management. Ensure all reporting is timely and accurate, presenting data-driven insights and recommendations for operational efficiency.
Coordinate Property Inspections: Oversee and coordinate property inspections to assess maintenance needs and preservation requirements.
Ensure Timely Completion of Work Orders: Monitor the completion of work orders and ensure adherence to industry regulations, maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university (any discipline).
-Minimum 1 year of experience in vendor management within property preservation and maintenance.
-Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
-Strong negotiation, management, and decision-making skills.
-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work under time constraints.
